1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of services, information products, and goods provided by BalancedGrowth. By accessing our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Our services include Sustainable Growth Philosophy Training sessions, workshops, and coaching. Each engagement is subject to scheduling and resource availability as described in section 5.1.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital materials such as online courses, ebooks, and webinars. Access is granted electronically upon purchase.

4. Goods

Goods refer to any physical products sold by BalancedGrowth, which will be shipped to the address you provide.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services (Training & Workshops)

All bookings must be cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled start date to qualify for a full refund via the original method of payment within 30 days. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled to another session within 3 months of the original date, subject to availability. Once a session has begun, no refund will be provided.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days using the original method of payment.

5.3 Goods

If a good is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 30 days or offer an share. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests for services can be made up to 3 days before the original session date. Approval is subject to availability. No rescheduling is available once a session has started.
